- Anahita Sadeghian2017/04/301 /5In the middle of nowhere! No access with public transit. This is in addition to the very careless post service. I got my package when it was opened (broken seal) and my items were dirty and damaged (may be due to bad handling). I received same items by Canada Post before without any such issues. I didn’t like the service at all. So frustrated.
- Mack Harding2017/04/291 /5We gave our buzzer number to customer service on 3 (maybe even 4) separate occasions, and each time after the first they had it on file (correct number), and yet the driver supposedly couldn't figure out how to punch in those 4 numbers. Perhaps they should hire someone with that ability next time? It must be possible, because Purolator figured it out. Go with them, or maybe literally anyone else instead if you can!
